I truly appreciate your visit to my website. Please note that I will soon be discarding this site but images of my work will still be available here. I have been a working artist in the Sacramento area for 10 years. I work in several media including art furniture, ceramics and two dimensional paintings.
I continue to explore my style of relief painting on furniture and other hard surfaces and I enjoy producing a multidimensional luminous effect.
I also create animals or "Earthen Critters" for the garden or home, inspired by my love of furred and feathered creatures. At times I am inspired to create other sculpture as well and am developing a body of work combining my art furniture and small sculpture.
I take my inspiration from my own intuition, nature, and other artists. I have been influenced by Vincent Van Gogh, Gustav Klimt, and Alphonse Mucha among others.
